Elder Blackburn - Training Wheels

Hola a todos!
Hope everything has been going well for each of you this past week. Just a few updates from this last week for you.
First, spring is so confusing. We've gone from 70s earlier this week to waking up to snow this morning. Regardless, all of the trees have been blossoming and the cherry blossom trees are so pretty. As you drive down the road, it's easy to spot the bright pink on the hills.
Second, this past week was the first time since being on the mission where I've been sick. Being sick as a missionary is one of the worst feelings ever. Just the feeling that you are incapable of doing things at 100% is crushing.
Third, playing soccer every Friday has been a ton of fun. We've had some people show up and it's been fun to talk to them about something I'm so passionate about.
This past week we also had a general authority visit the mission. Counting as our zone conference for the transfer, he talked to us over a series of zoom meetings about missionary work, our responsibilities, and talked about likening the scriptures unto ourselves. It seemed he could take any scripture and use it to relate to missionary work.
Hope all is well! I'll include some pictures below.
