Hola a todos! I hope that each of you are doing well. I do not have a ton of time to write out this email, but I wanted to thank each of you for your continual love and support towards me and the Lord. You have each inspired me in one way or another to press on and smile on, and I won't ever be able to adequately thank you for it. May the Lord bless you for your sacrifice.
This past week has been a little crazy, as we have been preparing for the first transfer exchange under the stewardship of President Brigham. He's already been a wonderful addition to the mission and I know that he will continue to be so throughout the course of his three-year service.
Recently I have been pondering the difference between a testimony and conversion. At one point in the Savior's ministery, His disciples had a testimony that he was the Christ, the living son of God. And yet the Lord said, "When thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren." Even when we know things are true, we do not let them become a part of who we are and what we do. Please, my friends, let the gospel of Jesus Christ get into your heart. Let it and the Savior be the foundation of your life. Turn to Him always. And I promise that you will find strength beyond your means and inspiration to keep going.
