Email for this week

   Hey! Happy P day!

I hope that everything has been well with each of you this past week. We have had quite the eventful week here in Frederick. Okay I can start with the weather. I think that the weather is starting to pull out of winter because this week we had a lot of fluctuating temperatures. Some days it dropped to 12 degrees and others it was 50 and raining. A bit strange. Every single night I wear every single layer I own. The entire closet seems to fit on my body. We've had a bit of a slower week, but we've still had a bit of success.
On date: so far we still have Kevin on date which is good. We've had some complications with him because he lives outside of our area, but we've been working towards those.
Progressing: realistically, we have four people that are progressing and on track for baptism. The first is obviously Kevin, but following are Elmur, Saul, and the Chavez family. All are very very promising and I'm very excited to continue to work with them.
The people here are amazing and I love them. The cultures of so many countries that I get to experience is a blessing. The majority of people here are from El Salvador. There is this dish from El Salvador that's called a papusa. And these things are literally SO GOOD. I'm not even sure how to describe it but it's like these thick tortilla pancake things on top of each other and a bunch of meat in the middle and then on top they put like carrots and cabbage and such. Oh man. So good.
My companion is literally hilarious and every day that goes by I grow closer with him. I'll include some pics at the bottom for ya. Not a ton to write about today but stay safe! I love you all.
    Love,
